Guryong Soi is a traditional handmade soy sauce shop in a food-stall alley in Central, Hong Kong. It sells sweet and non-sweet soy sauce by bottle size, along with fermented tofu and century eggs. The owner explains the soy sauce types in English and wraps the bottles in newspaper. Octopus cards are not accepted; only cash is taken.
