Gubok Mandu Jamsil Lotte World is a Chinese dumpling restaurant in the restaurant area of Jamsil Station and Lotte World Adventure. It serves Gubok mandu, shrimp mandu, and xiaolongbao, and its kimchi mandu is baked in binghwasu to make the bottom crisp. It was selected for the Michelin Bib Gourmand from 2017 to 2023, and its dumpling method has been passed down since the owner's grandmother's time. Seating is plentiful, but food takes quite a while to come out.
