Liang Seah Street Prawn Noodle (#B1-54)

Liang Seah Street Prawn Noodle (#B1-54) is a hawker stall in the basement of Golden Mile Food Centre, at B1-54, serving prawn noodles and prawn pork rib noodles. The menu covers soup and dry versions, with pork ribs and prawns in prawn broth, and with pork lard, fried shallots, bean sprouts and water spinach on the side. The stall has run for two generations since 1946, and staff explain the noodle types and how to eat them when you order. The broth could carry a stronger prawn taste.
