Bijarim Kkwong Memil Guksu

Bizalim Kkwong Memil Guksu is an old pheasant buckwheat noodle restaurant in Jeju City. It serves 100 percent buckwheat noodles in pheasant broth, with kimchi, kkakdugi and mu namul on the side. Pheasant kalguksu, pheasant mandu set meals, bingtteok and pheasant shabu-shabu are also available to order. The buckwheat noodles break apart easily when chewed, and the broth is on the bland side.
