Sumibiyakiniku Kankokuryori KollaBo (Korabo) Kichijoji Shinten

KollaBo Kichijoji Shinten is a Korean restaurant near Kichijoji Station that serves charcoal-grilled meat, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and dolsotbap. The samgyeopsal is grilled over charcoal to render out the fat, then eaten with lettuce and side dishes. At lunch, the set comes with dolsotbap, soup, kimchi, and banchan alongside the main dish. After finishing the rice, diners pour the accompanying broth into the bowl and drink it as scorched-rice tea.
