Hatagaya

Hatagaya is a Keio New Line underground station on Koshu Kaido in Shibuya Ward, Tokyo. It sits two stops from Shinjuku Station on the Keio New Line, and the Hatagaya shopping street, supermarkets and restaurants line the area around the station. The station opened in 1913 and moved underground in 1978, and it has one ticket gate with north and south exits. The stairs to the ticket gate are set toward the Sasazuka end, so passengers walk along the long platform depending on where the train stops.
