Huang Tai Tai Wuxing is a Thai restaurant in an alley near the World Trade Center in Xinyi District, Taipei, serving Thai noodles, rice and Thai milk tea. The tom yum Thai milk tea noodles come with seafood, pork and beef, and the tomato saoz rice adds a spicy stir-fried meat flavour to tomato broth. You can eat there at 4:30 p.m., the space is air-conditioned and food comes out quickly. Portions are small, so they are not enough if you eat a lot.
