At Xinyi Station in Taipei, Youhua Kaiten Yakiniku is a conveyor-belt yakiniku restaurant. Plates of meat and ingredients pass by on a rail in front of the seats, and each diner grills tongue and outside skirt on a small brazier at their spot. The meat and vegetables come pre-seasoned, with truffle salt and shichimi on the table, and rice and miso soup are self-served refills on request. The air conditioner behind the brazier blows heat toward the body, so diners sweat during the meal.
