Starbucks Xinyi Nanshan is a cafe selling coffee and cake on the second floor of the Nanshan Plaza building in Taipei. It offers hot matcha latte, chocolate chip scones, and vanilla tea latte, and window seats look out over the Taipei street. Take the escalator to the second floor and it is on the right front side, and it gets crowded with office workers in the morning. Seating is limited and there are no power outlets, so working on a laptop or charging a phone is difficult.
