Horim Son Kalguksu

Horim Sonkalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant in Busan serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and boribap. The kalguksu comes in generous portions, and kimchi kalguksu and tonkatsu are also ordered. Kalguksu can be ordered only in portions of two or more, so solo diners choose boribap or cheese tonkatsu. In summer, the restaurant serves metdol kongguksu, with salt already sprinkled on the kongguksu.
