Yeongae-ssi Suncheon Araetjang Seoksoe Bulgogi

Yeongae Ssi Suncheon Araetjang Seoksoe Bulgogi is a grilled-meat restaurant inside the Araetjang market in Suncheon. Pork is marinated in soy sauce and gochujang, grilled over charcoal, and served with paechae and mozzarella cheese on top. The two-person set comes with naengmyeon, doenjang jjigae and bokkeum bap, and the meat is pre-grilled so it can be eaten as soon as the cheese melts. The seoksoe bulgogi has a standard flavour, so it may disappoint anyone expecting a dish unique to Suncheon.
