Singapore Famous Rojak

Singapore Famous Rojak is a hawker stall selling rojak at the entrance of Bugis Street Centre. It mixes youtiao and peanuts with cucumber, pineapple, radish or pear, and bean sprouts, then tosses them in a sweet and mildly spicy peanut sauce. The stall has been featured by Michelin. The sauce does not coat every ingredient evenly.
