Im Seong-yong's Buchu Gopchang in Bongcheon-dong serves grilled gopchang, gopchang jeongol, makchang and daechang. The gopchang is full of gop and has no odor, and the gopchang jeongol comes with a clean broth rather than a greasy one. From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. there are no empty seats and you have to wait, and the gopchang jeongol can be ordered for one person. The food is on the expensive side.
