Uhyang Gajeongyuk Sikdang Beef Charcoal Grill

Uhyang Gajeongyuk Sikdang is a Korean beef charcoal grill restaurant in Seongsu, Seoul. It serves Hanwoo chadol and galbit-sal, and staff grill the meat for you. You wrap the meat with seaweed, perilla leaf, and sushi in a special wasabi sauce, and you can add chadol doenjang jjigae on the side. The entrance is plain, so the restaurant can be hard to find at first.
