Museum of Korean Traditional Music

The National Gugak Museum is located inside the National Gugak Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and can be reached by bus Seocho 22 from Nambu Bus Terminal Station. It introduces Korean traditional instruments and the history of gugak, with exhibits on clothing and gugak history alongside hands-on activities where visitors play instruments and listen to their sounds. At the entrance are an instrument sound experience and media art of live performance, and the 3D video performance Jin Yeon is screened. Viewing requires a reservation one day in advance.
