Le Moulin de la Galette

Moulin de la Galette serves steak and French dishes beside the surviving radet windmill on the Montmartre hill. The medium-rare steak comes with french fries, and the menu also lists onion soup, escargot, and seafood such as scallops. Few places open on weekends, so a line forms even at opening and guests without a reservation have been turned away. During busy hours service is slow, with orders taking 30 minutes and main dishes over an hour.
