Menkyo Ronin Manji

Menkyo Ronin Manji is a ramen shop on the third floor of a commercial building in the Wakasa district of Naha, Okinawa, operating during the day inside an airgun shooting bar. It serves one ramen per day, rotating among fish and seafood-based shoyu and shio ramen and a dried anchovy menu. The shop has only seven counter seats, a line forms before 11 a.m., and it closes early when the broth runs out. The entrance on the first floor is hard to spot, so first-time visitors have trouble finding it.
