Atsuta Horaiken is an eel restaurant inside Matsuzakaya Department Store in Nagoya, selling freshwater eel dishes and hitsumabushi. Hitsumabushi is eaten by dividing the eel and rice into four parts, having one plain, mixing another with wasabi, scallions and shredded seaweed, and finishing with ochazuke. On a Sunday at 2 p.m. the wait was about 20 minutes, and the food took another 20 minutes to arrive. The wasabi portion is on the small side.
