Sousaku Sushi Dokoro Takimoto Daimaru Tokyo is a takeout counter on basement floor 1 of Daimaru Tokyo, directly in front of the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station. It sells creative sushi, and its main item, the mille-feuille lunch box, layers crab, shrimp, scallop, salmon roe, herring roe, mentaiko and salmon on top of and inside the sushi. Pickled ginger lines the bottom of the box, so keep that in mind if you dislike it. There is no seating inside the shop.
