Bangyi Shabu-shabu Kalguksu Kondae Branch in Seoul serves red-broth shabu-shabu, kalguksu and bokkeumbap. The broth is spicy with a gochujang taste, and mushrooms and vegetables go in first, followed by meat, kalguksu noodles and bokkeumbap. Vegetables and mushrooms can be refilled once, and the bokkeumbap can be made self-service or fried on request. The portions of meat, bokkeumbap and noodles are on the small side.
