Shikikatsu Sindang Branch

Sikikatsu Sindang is a Japanese tonkatsu restaurant near Sindang Station in Seoul that serves rosu katsu and hire katsu. The thick, moist cutlets come with salt, wasabi, tonkatsu sauce, and chili sauce. Orders placed at the open kitchen bar are cooked immediately, then rested after frying, so the food takes a little time to arrive. The rosu katsu has a pork aroma.
