Food Exchange is a hotel buffet on the 20th floor of Novotel Ambassador Dongdaemun in Seoul, serving sushi and meat dishes. Meals come with a city view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. At lunch, single dishes are served alongside a salad bar, and seating is assigned in order of waiting. Steak ordered medium rare arrives well done.
