Bukchangdong Gaeseong Kal Mandu

Bukchangdong Gaeseong Kalmandu is a Korean restaurant in Bukchangdong, Seoul, that serves kalmandu filled with meat or kimchi. The menu also includes kalguksu in an anchovy broth, bibim kalguksu with chewy noodles, and a bulgogi combination. The dumplings are made by hand in the shop, and the broth is prepared there as well. The anchovy broth is on the salty side rather than mild.
