National Theater of Korea, Seoul

The National Theater of Korea sits on the slope of Namsan in Jangchung-dong, a 15-minute walk from Dongdaeipgu Station. Its Haeoreum Theater and Daloreum Theater stage plays, traditional performances and other productions, along with outdoor events. Cafes on the first and second floors serve as places to wait before a performance, and a shuttle bus runs from Exit 6. The seats are uncomfortable.
