Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Gwanghwamun serves shabu-shabu and kalguksu at Gwanghwamun in Seoul. The meal proceeds through a spicy broth with meat, knife-cut noodles, and then bokkeumbap. On weekday lunchtimes the restaurant fills with office workers from nearby. In summer, cream kongguksu with a thick broth and chewy noodles is added as a new menu item.
