Wagyu Boshi • Okonomiyaki Senmon Ten (Mong Kok) is a snack shop on the second floor of Mong Kok Centre that serves wagyu teppan dishes, Kansai-style okonomiyaki, and skewers. Its signature dish, wagyu Kansai-yaki, is grilled on a teppan with egg instead of flour batter, topped with wagyu and sauce. When you order, staff cook it right away on the open-kitchen teppan, and you can watch the process through the glass. You can also order crispy wontons with beef and shrimp, mentaiko chicken skewers, and mushroom cheese wagyu balls.
