Yat Sau Dim Sum & Mong Cha Cha is a dim sum shop a one-minute walk from Mong Kok Station in Hong Kong. It serves traditional Chinese lunch dishes alongside Western desserts such as waffles and soufflé. The har gow, snow mountain char siu bao, and spicy shrimp and pork shao mai are handmade. The dim sum is steamed to order and served hot, and the har gow and shao mai can be ordered in sets of two or four.
