Fringe Dairy

Fringe Dairy is a restaurant in Central, Hong Kong, that serves a vegetarian buffet. The buffet changes to Thai on Thursdays and Western on Fridays, and includes vegetable dishes, cheese, bread, and soup. Around one o'clock the tables fill up and guests share seating with other diners, and buffet customers receive one drink. The entrance is on the slope of Wyndham Street, not on the flat Lower Albert Road or Ice House Street.
