Long Yue Chuan Shao Izakaya Restaurant is a bar in Tsim Sha Tsui on Hau Fook Street that serves Japanese charcoal-grilled skewers and izakaya dishes. The diaphragm set is grilled over charcoal in four flavors: wasabi, garlic, spinach sauce, and honey mustard. After 6 p.m., some skewers are sold in pairs of the same kind and grilled over charcoal to order. The ceiling is decorated with paper umbrellas and seating is divided into separate partitions, but reservations are required at night when customers crowd in.
