Moonlight Hokkaido Bar & Bar is a restaurant on the 26th floor of Sapporo Hotel by Granbell in Higashi Ward, Sapporo, serving Hokkaido dishes and bar menus. Its signature course, Lune, brings a cold appetizer, a seasonal soup, today's fish, and beef stew in sequence. Guests with a 7 p.m. reservation are guided to window seats with night views. The course lets diners choose rice or today's bread and continues through to dessert.
