Hakata Motsunabe Tokunagaya Sohonten

Motsunabe Tokunagaya is a Japanese offal hotpot restaurant near Gion Station in Fukuoka that serves motsunabe and fried chicken wings. The motsunabe comes in miso and spicy miso broth, with tokuteba fried chicken wings and komasaba on the side, and udon or rice porridge added at the end. Reservations can be made through Tabelog, and the restaurant has single seats and private rooms. The broth is on the salty side, and the daechang (beef large intestine) seems scant relative to the cabbage.
