Cheongpyeong Dol Jjajang

Cheongpyeong Doljjajang is a Chinese restaurant in Cheongpyeong-gil, Gapyeong, that specializes in doljjajang and does not serve jjamppong. The jjajang arrives on a hot stone plate with seafood and squid, and the sauce soaks into thick udon noodles. Eggs for frying and kimchi jeon are cooked by customers at a self-service corner. The doljjajang sauce sticks to the plate easily, so it has to be stirred continuously.
