Hong Kong Banjeom Yeomchang Station Branch

Hong Kong Banjeom Yeomchang Station Branch is a chain restaurant on the second floor of the Yeomchang Station building in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Noodles are boiled and drained, then the jjajang sauce is stir-fried, and cheongyang peppers can be added to the spicy jjajang. At lunchtime it is crowded enough that there are no seats, payment is prepaid, most items are self-serve, and the open kitchen allows diners to watch the flame cooking. The jjamppong is on the salty side.
