Gwangseonjip is a pork specialty cuts restaurant at Balsan Station in Seoul. Its representative cuts are kkodeul-sal and ppol-sal, and the seasoning comes in three levels. The meat is served grilled on a single platter, and after the first order you use a tablet at the table. The restroom is outside, which is inconvenient in hot or cold weather.
