The complex has a golf course, gym, study room, and tea house, while the commercial area includes a large mart, hospital, and laundry. The underground parking garage extends to three basement levels, no cars are on the surface, and outside vehicles require parking registration by a resident. The underground parking garage is divided into two sections and is large, making it difficult to find a unit.
