Gangneung Oppa

Gangneung Oppa is a bakery beside the parking lot at Gangneung Central Market, selling Gangneung brioche and gamja and goguma pies. The brioche has a moist, chewy texture and a buttery aroma, while the pies contain goguma and gamja fillings with moderate sweetness. The bread is baked every morning and packed individually with takeout bags, making it suitable as a travel souvenir. Other products include gamja bread, san dalgi, cream cheese, and heugimja items.
