Uri Guksu is a noodle factory in Naegok-dong, Gangneung. It makes fresh noodles such as kalguksu, dumpling wrappers, dim sum wrappers, and buckwheat soba. The factory holds HACCP certification and has a long tradition in Gangneung. Customers buy the noodles and cook them at home.
