Haengbok Hoeyo

Haengbok Hoeyo is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in Seoul that serves aged hoe and assorted hoe (raw fish platter). It offers yellowtail, flounder, sea bream, rockfish (ureok), and salmon as hoe, with shrimp steamed and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) on the side. Many customers order takeout, and delivery orders keep coming in. The number of tables is not large.
