Tedukuri Kobo Kyozuan Kyoto Fushimi Inari is a cafe near Keihan Fushimi Inari Station and Fushimi Inari Shrine that sells soy milk and tofu soft-serve ice cream and soy milk donuts. The soft cream is made from whole domestic soybeans and oligosaccharide, and the signature mix comes in two layers of soy milk and Uji matcha. The soy milk soft-serve does not fall even when held upside down, which is a hands-on feature of the shop. The soy milk flavor is strong, so it does not suit people who dislike the taste of beans.
