Gyeongbokgung Gaeseong Son Mandu Eunpyeong is a mandu restaurant in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving thin, chewy handmade mandu and mandu jeongol. The naengmyeon set comes with meat mandu and kimchi mandu, and the buckwheat noodles are served in a naengmyeon bowl in a large portion. The mandu jeongol broth is clean and cool, and it is eaten by boiling wang mandu and vegetables together in it. The mandu are mild with a faint savoriness.
