Uyajimakchang Dongdaegu Station Branch is a makchang restaurant across from the Dongdaegu Station complex transfer center in Daegu. It serves pork makchang and beef makchang grilled over charcoal, and orders of three servings come with sausage, gyeranmari, doenjang ramen, and patbingsu at no extra charge. The makchang arrives pre-grilled and cooks quickly over the strong charcoal heat, and the restaurant opens early enough to seat customers arriving at 11 a.m. The doenjang ramen is lightly seasoned.
