Durae Gopchang

Durae Gopchang is a pork gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in the Anago Alley of Indongchon, Daegu. The gopchang is grilled over charcoal and eaten dipped in makjang with scallions and chili peppers. The owner cleans the gopchang by hand, so it has no off-odor and cooks up chewy. Almost no side dishes are served.
