Shin Shin

Shin Shin Ramen Tenjin Honten is a ramen shop in Tenjin, Fukuoka, serving tonkotsu ramen. It is a Japanese ramen restaurant with branches only in the Fukuoka area, using thin noodles and a relatively clean broth with little pork smell, and gyoza and fried rice can be ordered as well. Even at 1 a.m. the wait runs about 10 to 40 minutes, but turnover is fast so entry does not take long. The broth is on the salty side and the noodles are firm even when cooked to normal.
