Hakata Sanuki Udon Watanabe is a long-standing udon shop in Hakata, Fukuoka, where the noodles are hand-kneaded in-house. It serves nikku udon and shrimp tempura udon, among others, with different noodle thicknesses in a clear, mild broth. Diners can watch the noodles being kneaded and boiled, and each table holds gochugaru and shichimi. There is no Korean menu.
