Nikuba 25 – Ueno·Yushima Japanese Meat & Wine Bar

Nikuba 25 is an Italian-style meat bar in Yushima that serves Black Angus beef harami steak and wine. The kitchen also turns out creative dishes such as prosciutto with mashed potato mille-feuille, porcini mushroom risotto, and thick-cut french fries. Solo diners can sit at the counter, where the master cooks in front of them. The space is small, so there are not many seats.
