Jeongeul Dameun Siktak

Jeongeul Dameun Siktak is a meat restaurant in Namcheon-dong, Busan, near Haebyeon Market, serving bulbaek, duruchigi and rapid-chilled samgyeopsal. The samgyeopsal is sliced to 1mm, grilled, and eaten rolled with shrimp or gosari, and each main dish comes with one of doenjang, kimchi or sundubu stew. At busy times you have to wait in line, and the dining room and kitchen are clean. The side dishes come out in many varieties and in generous portions, in the style of a hanjeongsik table.
