Gukje Yang Gopchang

Gukje Yanggopchang is a restaurant at the entrance of Bupyeong Market in Busan that serves grilled gopchang and gopchang jeongol. The grill includes yeomtong and daechang, and the jeongol is a stew in which gopchang soaks into the broth, with the owner grilling the meat directly. Daily sales are limited, so a line can form and it is better to arrive early. There are outdoor tables along the road, and the indoor seating is small.
