Buyeongjib

Buyeongjip is a specialist restaurant for conger eel, located at the end of Jagalchi Market in Busan, near Jagalchi Station Exit 4. It serves salt-grilled and seasoned-grilled eel in half-and-half portions, and fried rice follows the seasoned grill. The perilla leaf steamed eel dish is made with a shallow amount of water to bring out the perilla leaf aroma, and the eel is soft and chewy. During peak hours there is a wait, and the street-side seating is somewhat hectic.
