The course begins with lobster hoe and continues to a steamed lobster dish, and the hoe has a chewy, mildly sweet texture. For the soup, diners choose between maeuntang and jiri-tang, and the jiri-tang contains obunjagi, iri, lobster shell, mussels, nakji, and sukju, giving it a clean taste.
