Taiho Ramen Tenjin is a Japanese ramen shop near the Tenjinminami intersection in Fukuoka that serves traditional tonkotsu ramen. The broth is thick and heavy, and the shop also sells gyoza and fried rice, with garlic and spicy seasoning available to change the flavor. Orders are placed and paid for at a kiosk, then the ticket is handed to staff who show you to a seat. The smell is strongly pig-like, as if pork is being boiled, and the broth is on the salty side.
